What is 7 FUNDAYS?7 FUNDAYS is an online experiential program where you will learn the 7 FUNDAY FORMULA to achieve fitness, wellness and life-mastery in just 7 days the FUN way.

Will the program be conducted online?Yes, this is an online program. It will be a mix of Live and recorded sessions. The live sessions will be conducted on zoom, and recorded sessions will be shared on our mobile app.

What if I miss a session?No worries. You won’t miss any session, as we will be sharing all recordings in the group. However the zoom sessions will be a ton of fun, so do try to attend them live.
